MPR KIDS CLASS – Homeschool Fitness (Ages 7–13)

Our MPR Kids Class is a fun, movement-based fitness program designed specifically for homeschool students ages 7–13. This 45-minute class helps kids build strength, coordination, balance, and confidence in a supportive, upbeat environment.
We focus on creating a positive relationship with exercise by making fitness fun, engaging, and safe for all levels. Each class includes warm-ups, skill work, games, strength basics, and age-appropriate conditioning to help kids stay active and healthy.
