MPR GAMES — RULES & MOVEMENT STANDARDS

To keep competition fair, safe, and consistent, all athletes must follow the listed rules and movement standards. Only reps that meet the standards will be counted by judges. Failure to meet standards will result in no-rep calls — and those reps will not count toward completion.

GENERAL COMPETITION RULES

  • Only reps performed according to the standard count.

  • Judges’ decisions are final.

  • Athletes must listen to the event briefing before each workout.

  • Cheating, skipping reps, or bypassing standards results in disqualification.

  • Athletes must remain in their workout zone unless otherwise instructed.

  • No refunds — substitutions allowed with approval prior to event day.

  • Respect judges, staff, athletes, and equipment at all times.

  • Squat to hip crease below knee
