MPR CAMP

MPR Camp is our signature weight training class in a circuit-style format, designed to challenge your entire body while keeping the energy high and the pace fun. Each workout blends strength, conditioning, and functional movement so you can build muscle, increase endurance, and feel stronger in your everyday life.

This class includes:
✔ Strength Stations using dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and bands


✔ Circuit-Style Training that keeps your heart rate up while building muscle


✔ Functional Movements to improve mobility, stability, and overall performance


✔ Coach-Led Instruction for proper form, safety, and progression

MPR STRENGTH – Full Body Sculpt & Strength Class
​

MPR Strength is a fun, upbeat, full-body training class designed to tone, tighten, and build functional strength from head to toe. This class blends controlled strength movements, high-rep muscle sculpting, and focused technique to help you feel stronger, leaner, and more confident.

Think of it as a total-body conditioning session that keeps your muscles burning, your heart rate up, and your form sharp — all while training with an energetic community.

BOXING FITNESS – High-Energy Cardio & Strength Class
​

Boxing Fitness at MPR is a powerful, fast-paced workout that blends boxing combinations, cardio bursts, and strength training for a full-body burn. This class is designed to help you improve endurance, build muscle, strengthen your core, and release stress — all while having fun and breaking a serious sweat.

No experience needed — our trainers guide every punch, combo, and movement with proper technique and high-energy coaching to keep you motivated from start to finish.

BEGINNER MAT PILATES – Core, Control & Alignment

Our Beginner Mat Pilates class is designed to help you build a strong foundation in core strength, posture, balance, and body awareness. This low-impact, technique-focused class is perfect for anyone new to Pilates or looking to improve mobility and stability.

You’ll learn how to move with intention, activate the right muscles, and strengthen your entire body using controlled, flowing movements — all done on the mat with minimal equipment.

 TRX TRAINING – Strength, Stability & Mobility

Our TRX Training class uses suspension straps to challenge your entire body through controlled, functional movements that build strength, stability, and mobility. By leveraging your own bodyweight, you’ll improve balance, core strength, and total-body control — all while getting a killer workout.

This class is accessible for all levels, offering endless modifications and progressions to make movements easier or more intense. TRX is low-impact, joint-friendly, and incredibly effective for building lean strength

ABS & BUTT – Sculpt, Strengthen & Tone
 

Our Abs & Butt class is a 45-minute sculpt session focused on two of the most important muscle groups: your core and your glutes. This class uses bands, bodyweight, , Dumbbells and yoga blocks, and controlled movements to help you build strength, tone, and stability — all in a fun, upbeat environment.

This class is beginner-friendly, low-impact, and perfect for anyone looking to grow stronger, tighten their midsection, and lift their glutes with safe, intentional training.

MPR KIDS CLASS – Homeschool Fitness
(Ages 7–13)

Fridays • 9:00 AM • Starting January

Our MPR Kids Class is a fun, movement-based fitness program designed specifically for homeschool students ages 7–13. This 45-minute class helps kids build strength, coordination, balance, and confidence in a supportive, upbeat environment.

​

We focus on creating a positive relationship with exercise by making fitness fun, engaging, and safe for all levels. Each class includes warm-ups, skill work, games, strength basics, and age-appropriate conditioning to help kids stay active and healthy.

We are so thrilled to welcome SilverSneakers members to the MPR Fitness family! Our goal is to create a safe, supportive, and empowering space for all ages and all fitness levels. Whether you're new to the gym or rebuilding strength, you belong here. 

Our SilverSneakers program focuses on improving strength, balance, mobility, and overall confidence — all while having fun and staying active in a community that feels like family.

We’ve already seen incredible success from our SilverSneakers members who have gained strength, improved stability, and built the confidence to move safely and independently.
