Join MPR FITNESS for Strength Training in all new way. This class is meant to challenge you in  ways you never know ,using your own body weight as the resistance and adding  basic Functional movements creating a burn like no other!Â
MPR Strength with give you the   ability to improve your cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength all at once
BOUNCE
Bounce is our newest classes added.Â
This class is full of cardio and body weight exercise as well as using our Bosu. Bounce uses Balance Training on an apparatus that is a cross between a core board and a stability ball. We use a unstable surface an stable surface to encage all part of your body !! It's fun, it's challenging
ABS + BUTT
Abs and Butt is one of our most BUTT kicking class No Pun intended . This class is a great mixture of abs and butt , this class Focusing purely on strengthening your abs, butts and thighs. A combination of strength enhancing and muscle toning exercises will target common areas we all want to work on!
