Join MPR FITNESS for Strength Training in all new way. This class is meant to challenge you in  ways  you  never know ,using your own body weight  as the resistance and adding  basic Functional movements creating a burn like no other! 
MPR Strength with give you the   ability to improve your cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength all at once

BOXING

Boxing is a killer full body workout as well as a cardiovascular workout. This high intensity class will have you doing explosive drills. Our boxing class will have you sweating and toning all at the same time, this class can be modified for all levels.

Pound is a cardio jam session inspired by infectious, energizing and sweat- dripping fun of playing the drums, instead of listing to music you become the music in this exhilarating full body workout that combines cardio , conditioning and strength training with yoga and Pilates- inspired movements. 
Using Ripstick, lightly- weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercise, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out .

ZUMBA

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

ABS + BUTT

Abs and Butt is one of our most BUTT kicking class No Pun intended  . This class is a great mixture of abs and butt , this class Focusing purely on strengthening your abs, butts and thighs. A combination of strength enhancing and muscle toning exercises will target common areas we all want to work on!

Join us for  fun circuit training and games, develop skills to increase strength with our obstacles  balance and cardio through the art of play. Your kids will have so much fun and not even notice they worked out !!!
